Welcome to our City farm - Everything you need to know

Who we are

The City Farm is an open play and adventure centre for children aged 6 and over. Here they can play freely, look after animals, work with their hands and discover nature - without any pressure to perform, but with plenty of space for their own experiences.

When and how can my child come?
The City Farm is open several afternoons a week. Children can drop in without registering, but must report to the office on their first visit. Registration costs a one-off fee of €5 per year and serves as insurance. One parent must sign the contact form on site.

What is there at the City farm?

Animals: Rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, goats, cats and horses - they can be observed, stroked and looked after.
Horse riding: Fixed riding groups for children aged 8-14 (Tuesdays to Fridays). Open riding without registration on Saturdays and in the holidays for children aged 6-14.
Workshop & hut building: Here children can get creative with wood, clay or other materials and realise their own building projects.
Adventure & play: Climbing frames, swings, fire pit and plenty of space for free play - there's no room for boredom here!
Cooking: On Saturdays and during the holidays we serve a freshly cooked lunch for €2.50. Sometimes we also cook over an open fire.

Families with small children

Wednesdays are family afternoons (14:00-18:00). This is the only day on which parents can also come to the farm with their children. There are no age restrictions - babies are also welcome! Please note: There is no family afternoon during the holidays.
